I am not 14, and I do not have a basement. #StopCISPA

In response to CISPA passing in the House recently, there has been a call for website blackout today, Monday, April 22. Since I am too cyber-baby to know how to do a literal blackout of my site, this post is my participation.

If CISPA passes:

  • Employers will be legally allowed to demand all your social media passwords, and to pose as you online.
  • Invasion of your privacy without warrant will become legal, and without notification or indication afterwards.
  • The legal ability for corporations to track our activities online will increase.
